What is your shipping policy?

Typically, we ship orders within 1-2 business days. As of now, express shipping is not an option, so depending on where you live, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days of when you placed it. 

 

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. For online purchases, return shipping is not covered. Merchandise must be like-new and re-sellable. 

 

What if you don't have the size/color/style that I want?

As far as footwear is concerned, what we have online is what we have in store. If you are looking for sports medicine products, we are slowly getting those items put online, so we may have what you are looking for even if it's not online. If you are in need of something that we do not currently have in stock, special ordering is always an option. It generally takes 7-10 business days to get a special order item in.

 

Is all of your inventory online?

Not everything that we sell in store is currently available online. Our most popular products are available. However, if you are searching for something that you think or know we sell, but it's not available online, contact us for buying options. 

 

When will the Lee's Summit store reopen?

Unfortunately, our Lee's Summit store will not be reopening. We hope that you will visit us at our Martin City location for the quality and care that you have come to know and love from KCRC!
