What is your shipping policy?

Typically, we ship orders within 1-2 business days. As of now, express shipping is not an option, so depending on where you live, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days of when you placed it. 

 

What is your return policy?

For online orders, we will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping is not covered. Merchandise must be like-new and re-sellable. 

 

What if you don't have the size/color/style that I want?

What we have posted online is what we have in our inventory. Some brands we are able to order right now, but with COVID-19 and the closing of non-essential businesses, it's difficult for us to get new inventory in. If we don't have something that you want, please contact us for more information! We are trying to do everything that we can to serve our customers well during this time. 

 

Is all of your inventory online?

Not everything that we sell in store is currently available online. Our most popular products are available. However, if you are searching for something that you think or know we sell, but it's not available online, contact us for buying options. 

 

When will your stores reopen?

Our Martin City location will be reopening May 14. Our Lee's Summit location reopening date is TBA.
